We use purple wheat flour from the local fields at Grønsund, which gives the bread a beautiful, dark glow and a rich flavor. The bread is enriched with oats for a soft crumb and hemp seeds, which add a nutty flavor and a wonderful crunch. A unique taste experience, where every bite tells the story of the good, local raw material.
